Ive just joined the website Valued Opinons(survey site). They asked me to fill in a form, which i thought was a questionaire-turns out to be registration for a music site to do with Sony. Apprently i didnt reach the grade so didnt get paid. Yet i still got sent a email from Sony saying they'll consider my resgistration.
Sony have my details and i think its a bit unfair that i havnt been given anything yet still signed up to them. Is this normal pratice?
Am i the only one who thinks thats unfair?
Thanks

You are certainly not the only one with an opinion of Valued Opinions.
There is a lengthy thread here on them. Currently at over 1560 posts.0 -
I think this is unfair practice, but i guess it depends how long you spent filling it in and whether you read all the small print?
I have been participating in online surveys and product testing for a long time now and in general I do like valued opinions as a paid online survey website. However if after your bad experience you are looking to join a new survey website I would definitely recommend:
https://www.panelopinion.co.uk - They have a low cash out rate, which means once you earn over £10 you can take your money without being tired into their website...I have made a lot of money on here and would recommend it to everyone!
https://www.surveyfriends.co.uk - Unfortunately this website does not pay you cash, instead vouchers and prizes (TV's etc) BUT i think it is very easy to win on there lol, which is why i am recommending it!
Good Luck:eek: 2014: £20 voucher from SurveyFriends, £10 cash payout from Panel Opinion too and working towards more from Valued Opinions currently.
2013: £35 and £50 vouchers from SurveyFriends! More than £15 made from other paid surveys sites (Yougov, Panel Opinion, Valued Opinions, Pinecone, etc.) Happy so far!0 -
Tut tut Iana. You are not allowed to post as a company without permission. Reported. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

Popadom I think you are better off without Valued Opinions.
I have been a member for quite a while now and so far have only completed one survey, they send me new ones almost daily and I go through the initial assessment to make sure I'm eligible, continue onto the survey only to get to 70-80% of the way through and often taking up 20+ minutes and then they decide they don't need me and I don't meet their criteria. I refuse to waste my time on there anymore and use others instead.0 -

This was a recommendation from my personal survey experience, there are numerous other good survey websites I could have listed but in my opinion they are two of the best ones I have tried. 2014: £20 voucher from SurveyFriends, £10 cash payout from Panel Opinion too and working towards more from Valued Opinions currently.
