Egg PPI Claim

Hi

I could do with sum help, i want to try and claim back PPI on an old egg loan that finnished in 2011, Now near the end of the loan it changed from egg to Moorgate (Britanic-moorgate) and the only paperwork on my loan are from moorgate, So i guess the first step is to send a SAR letter off.

Do i send it to egg at the DERBY address?

The only account number i have is on the letter from moorgate, i guess that wont be the same as my original account number with egg, so what do i do about my account number on the SAR?

If i send a £10 cheque with the SAR who do i make it payable to, may sound a silly question but do i just put egg or is there more to it?

Thanks for any help in advance!

    Hi

I recently sent a SAR to Egg ( Derby Address) with a £10 cheque made out to Egg Bank. Although I had a reply saying they don't have to give me any details as my accounts are now closed but have cashed the cheque. :(
