Cheap fans are a waste of time. Get a model with an auto shutter that closes when it is off to prevent draughts and a humidity sensor so that it can turn on or off depending on the steam in the room, rather than a fixed period according to whether somebody has turned the light on. I can whole heartedly recommend the Icon Airflow range - make sure whatever you get is suited to the size of the room. On the outside make sure you have a vent with flaps that shut when a fan isn't blowing against them.
