Can you escape the with-profits bond trap?

With so many With Profit bond approaching their ten year anniversary this year and next, people should be aware that there could be an escape route from them thus avoiding their rip off MVR which can be as high as 20% plus.
Here are two links for articles that explain the escape route, but it only applies if you have one with the 10 year get out.
Unfortunately everyone else is stuck with these poor performers.
