I have got a new compact III mda, but I cant get it to sync with activesync. They know each other are there (because I have transferred programs accross via the usb with it), but no data gets transferred automatically, so outlook is not being updated.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to put it right please?
Thanks in advance.

did you plug it up before installing the software? i made that mistake with my M600 and active sync can't find it, although it does see it as another drive.0

Is there a way to remedy that if this is the problem?0 -
you may need to remove it from the registry as the uninstall didn't work for me.
I never bothered to fix it as it was my work laptop where it was happening.0
