I have been accepted with First Direct for their first account. Have I automatically started the 'Easyswitch' or is it a separate process?

    This is a separate process and you'll get all the forms for it in the welcome pack along with a free post envelope.
    Expect to receive a lot of letters from them in the next few weeks!
