Just got my upgrade through and the APR has dropped from 19.9% to 15.9%. Handy to know if I ever decide to carry a balance.....
Thanks Nationwide

Lucky you. I asked to be upgraded on 18 Jan, returned signed agreement on 27 Jan and still haven't received my card.
Was your upgrade automatic or did you request it?
You mention the possibility of carrying a balance in the future...did you get the 0% intro offer?0 -
I asked on 30th Jan. Noticed my online banking changed the other day saying "Select Credit Card" instead of "NBS credit card". They said on the phone my limit and APR would be the same, but my letter today with the card stated 15.9% on the back and they confirmed it on the phone tonight.
No introductory offers carried over, however my other cards have a higher rate. I don't carry a balance on any, but if I were to for a big purchase, I'll use this one now
