Direct Line Home care cover (any good)

My 12 month contract with British Gas is about to end and was looking for a similar cover but with another company that is possibly the same but cheaper cover.
My BG homecare covers boiler repairs and labour, parts and annual service, we have electrical cover and drainage cover, blockages etc but does not cover stop !!!! as BG have now introduced an upgrade for an extra monthly amount.
Ok, looking at DL they have this cover too but im more interested in some feedback from current customers, basically are they any good, who are the workmen etc.
BG cost us around £28 per month for the above service. Is DL any cheaper and does this include what BG provide.
