Checking Tyre Pressures.
Comments

I would say weekly or before a long journey.
Check them when the tyres are cold or not driven.
If you want to be anal you can adjust tyre pressures for ambient temperature. The man without a signature.0 -
A yemperature change of 10C will cause a tyre pressure change of 1 psi..[in round numbers].0
-
I mean temperature not yemperature.0

Thanks, but thats not really answering the question.
How often do you check your tyre pressure?0 -
I had a friend who used to check tyre pressure once an year!!!! and he did around 8000 miles an year. I tend to do it once in 4-6 weeks.0
-
Monthly for me0
-
Once every month or two, or when I have any reason to suspect they may not be right.
And then I just pump them to 30psi - always have done, on every car I've owned.0 -
I check them when one starts to look different to the others! which is most weeks because according to the MOT mechanic in November, my Alloys are old and they somehow adversely affect my tyre pressure.0
