I read recently on MSE that it is possible to reclaim monthly account fees if you do not use the added features that come with your account (travel and mobile phone insurance etc) if you were forced to change account by your bank.
I cannot find the article or post anywhere, does anyone know where I can find it to refresh my memory as I was forced to change from a free account to an account that costs me £15 per month.
