MBNA and Capital ONE

Hi Everybody

I have been reading all of the posts and they have given me so much inspiration to look into this and claim back my credit card charges.

I have sent letters to MBNA and Capital one asking them to send me the credit card charges from the past six years. I sent them now just over two and a half weeks ago and have not heard a thing.

If anybody has requested statements from Capital one or MBNA could you please let me know the time they took as I dont know if I should do another letter to both companies.

C/One about a month for my statements to come through.
They have 40 days to comply with your data protection request for all your info. If still nothing phone up. If still nothing report to ICO (see MSE site for more detailed advice)
