Why is it so hard to find a list of rates that Npower charges?!
All I want to know if for Newcastle area, what Npower charges per unit for the standard tariff.. can anyone help?

If you cannot find the information on the nPower website, you should be able to find it on any comparison website"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Tier 1 18.659p per kwh inc VAT
Tier 2 14.742p per kwh inc VAT
I presume you did not mean E7 tariff, but if you did that is also available on the website..0 -

Some suppliers produce a .pdf table of a tariffs. I agree that either NPower doesn't or it is "impossible" to find.
However in isolation a unit price is not an accurate measure of total cost. If you particularly want to find, for whatever reason, the unit price then as suggested use a Consumer Focus accredited comparison website. The website will also (foc) give you a total cost and a "whole of market" comparison for your particular consumption and your particular region. Much more useful.0 -

It takes as long as it takes to enter postcode, tariff and a kWh figure. About 30 seconds-certainly less time that fishing around on the nPower site, or posting on hereNo free lunch, and no free laptop0
