PPI Claim Company

I have used Charterhouse Claims in order to try and persue 3 PPI claims and have received a letter from them saying the following " We have concluded our review of your potential complaint and unfortunately we will not be able to proceed" I then phoned the company for an explanation and they said it was because I missed a payment I explained the loan to which my claim was based had in fact been repaid in full but they said I had missed a payment on a credit card and they dont touch people who have missed a payment Has anyone heard of this before?:eek::eek:

This is a GOOD THING!! trust me!.
If you have any arrears on a account that has ppi that could have been mis sold,a claims co cannot touch this,as the redress will go towards the loan/cc and you will end up owing the company money.

All you need are the account numbers and reasons for mis sell

If any/all apply to you then put a claim in,most do these over the phone now.
This is how easy this is to do,save yourself upwards of 25% plus Vat.
  • The point I was trying to make was that the loan was repaid in full with no defaults on the account Charterhouse say that its because I missed a repayment on a Credit Card a few weeks ago I have since received another letter from Charterhouse with regards to another claim with the same response Would it be better for me to persue my claim direct with the loan providers direct?

    Cheers Gerry:(:(
