But the same statistic base isn't a quirk when it looks better?
Its comparing the same statistics to a year ago. Doesn't matter how many portfolios it's made up of, it's the same measurement as the last time it was measured.0 -

Rents are up 4.3% year on year.
More than both CPI and RPI so rents are rising in real terms.
