Fermi, the only one that's on his back at the moment (there are others that haven't found where he's living yet) is The Money Shop for £150 they told him on the phone that they couldn't accept anything less than £25 and because he's quite naive with things like this he agreed to it! Not sure which court the fines are from, but I think one is driving without insurance, (when he was 17 he sat in his mates driver seat and put his foot on the accelerator without realising it was in gear and rammed it into the side of a house!! He hasn't the first clue on how to drive! :o) and not sure what the other one is for but i know it wasn't magistrates.
He needs to write a letter to the MS and tell them he will no longer be paying anything until his circumstances change. The worst they can do is get a CCJ against him and even then nothing will happen as he has no money to pay the debt.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p
