Lack of Winning in 2012

I have had my best 2 weeks in Feb, they've all come at once!! I can't help thinking this will be my luck over now for the rest of the year though! Just keep going, you never know

I know people have spoke about black listing and what not, but does anyone think that not signing up to newsletters and such has any effect?

I'm having a very slow start to 2012 too. I've had a couple of small wins this last week which has raised my spirits a bit:).
I do think it goes in cycles though, hopefully if we keep on entering we'll all hit a winning streak eventually.

Had a brilliant 2011 with about 4k worth of wins but not even a sniff of even a small prize since November.:( Makes you abit down-heartened but plodding on regardless:)

By the way what is this "black listed"that I noticed in an earlier post?

I am new to comping. Having retired I needed a hobby!!! Well I must say since November 2011 I have entered as many as I possibly can and the only thing I have won is a fridge magnet from Danepak....I think everyone who entered got one of those. I do love to read the stories of compers who have won.... so that is the first thing I do when I sign in....it puts a smile on my face! Still waiting for a win...but you know what they say "Its the taking part" :rotfl:

I've had quite a slow start to the year too! Had several smaller wins which, of course, I'm grateful for And a good first win of 2012 with a £50 voucher (but that's been the biggest win of the year so far)

Though I had a brilliant end to 2011 with a trip to Lapland (which we're taking this November), so I guess that balances it out and you just have to keep on entering to be in with a chance
