Removals companies for Kent -> Surrey

Has anyone some advice on good removals companies?
I am moving from Kent to Surrey, about 40 miles.
From 2 bed flat to 2 bed flat, with 3 flights of stairs at the far end where I need items moved into the correct rooms. I should have my own boxes arranged.
- edit : I need to store stuff for a couple of months between selling and buying!

I've used Roberts & Denny's a couple of times for my moves & very happy with their service & pricing.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
We've just moved with James' Removals. They were very good actually. Can't compare them on price as I didn't get any other quotes.0

I've not moved for 20 years so not really familiar with local ones but you could try:

I run a removals company
Advice would be to ring around for quotes, ask for insurances.
We provide free packing materials, on a returnable basis.
All our staff are fully trained in removals, and health and safety.
They are all uniformed and happy to keep your removal smooth.
As for storage we charge a month in advance, make sure you are covered for insurance while you are in store.
Just a few factors for you to contemplate,
A fine is a tax for doing wrong. A tax is a fine for doing well.

Coppards are based in Bromley and I would recommend, been going a long time.Mortgage May 2012 - £129k
January 2015 - Mortgage down to £114k
Target for 2015 to get down to £105k0 -
I've used Securit Storage in Bookham, Surrey to store a sofa for 12+ months.
They are not a removals company so I think everything would have to be packed up in advance, but they were reasonably priced.Penny: I'm a little low on cash.
Leonard: How much you got?
Penny: Nothing!
Leonard: How can you walk around with no money?
Penny: I'm cute, I get by.0 -
I have used Regent Removals in the past and have always been 100% satisfied with their service! Very friendly, professional and hard working. Would definitely recommend them to any of my friends.0

Hi, I think Best Choice Removals of 59A Grange Walk can help you out with this. We have dealt with them last month for moving our house to North London. Quite a good service. Hope this could help you more:0
