setting up payments from HSBC current account

Hi,
I would like to transfer some money from my HSBC current account into my Skipton online account.
I am supposed to provide sort code, account number and also reference number for the money to reach my Skipton account.
The problem is that the HSBC payments platform does not have a box for the reference number.
Is there a solution to this? Do I have to do it via call centre?
Thanks

Must have - otherwise no one could pay their gas bill / tax bill etc. Are you looking at the right transaction type? Should be 'bill payment' or similar. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -
In "make a payment'' there are three fields, acc no, sort code and payment reference.0

Demo how to make a payment:

And you'll need these details to send to a Skipton BS account:
Sort Code 20 – 78 – 42
Account Number 70798924
Reference Number: Your 9 digit Skipton Account Number
That is if your branch haven't already given you them.
I put it under Pay family friends & others as I pay money into other family members passbook accounts.0
