Hi all,
Can anyone please tell me appx how much would it cost to remove the wall between bathroom and wc and fully refurbish the 4 piece bathroom?
Appx labour cost ? I will be supplying the suite and tiles...
Full tiling for the shower cubicle and half tiling for the rest...
The property is in outer London.

Not sure how much help this will be but we have just had a new bathroom installed in a former bedroom. Cost to install pipework (there was already a hot and cold supply running under the floorboards) soil pipe to the drain outside and waste connections to this, install a bath inc sealing it before and after we had tiled, thermostatic shower (supplied off combi), put on the bath panel, fit new wc and sink was £1400 inc vat.
We did the tiling ourselves and supplied the suite so the above cost is installation only.
Downstairs we have ripped out the old kitchen and bathroom and have knocked down the wall between the two and it will become a (bigger) kitchen next month (meanwhile for the kitchen we are camping in the front room!) after rewiring, plumbing alterations and replastering.
The quotes ranged from £200 to £900 to remove the wall, assuming it wasn't load bearing (which it wasn't). However we decided to do it ourselves, which we did over a couple of days. It was a 10ft long wall with a doorway in it.
We are in ShropshireIf I had a pound for every pound I'd lost, I'd be confused0
