Building Insurance - New Build

I exchanged contracts last Sept on a new build, which is forecast to be ready in April. I have a buildings policy in place but would like to shop around. The difficulty is that the post code (PE22 9NP) is not recognised by the quotation software used by the on-line companies.
I'm not sure how the buildings policy was set up because the post code shown is also not recognised (DM4 1AA).
How can I obtain a quote? Any ideas would be welcomed.

I just did a dummy quote on that postcode and it was recognised. Some companies didnt offer a quote because they havent got it rated yet but there was enough to get a competive price.
