hi every 1 , i am a newbie to this sites please be gentle with me:) i have about 4 or 5 ppi claims i would like to try and reclaim,i do not have the time or the knowledge to do this so any help would be much appreciated,can any 1 tell me the best and cheapest company that would take care of this for me,thanks for any advice you can give me, take care all

So you are saying you can't spare 30 minutes filling a form in and posting it, because that's all there is to it, yet you are willing to let a company do it for you and losing up to 50% of your redress for posting a letter. Put it this way if you were to get back £10,000 would you be happy to pay someone £5,000 of it just to post a letter? Because that is all they do, you would have to do the donkey work for them :mad: They have NO better success rate, CAN'T get you any more than you are entitled to and OFTEN take longer to do it.
As for the knowledge to do it, it's all here on this forum. You will get all the help you need for 0%

In fact you can even do it over the phone without filling in any forms, just call the bank/banks in question give them the reason you feel you were mis sold and the account number, then go back to your busy schedule and forget about it until you get YOUR money back, no brainer to be honest

If any/all apply to you then put a claim in,most do these over the phone now,job done!! for free.
Or,get the account numbers and reasons for mis sell,pass these to a claims co then if you win redress,pay them upwards of 25% plus Vat.
You choose.

please try it yourself. i have seen the letters these firms send out and to be honest they probably do more harm than good as they are quite harshly written. at the end of the day you have nothing to lose but the price of a stamp:)

Look at the templates on here, and look at claiming for yourself.

Remember: Claims Management Companies ALL worship the devil, steal sweets from children, and shoot puppies for fun............ at least that's what some people on here would have you think.

They do have their place (a good place) and "some" have got results through tenacity and experience where individuals would have given up/accepted responses. Are they all good? Not at all. Are they as bad as some people on here make out? Not at all.

If you get rejected and think that you have exhausted all options, give them a try (you have nothing to lose by that point!). If you REALLY can't be bothered to do it yourself, then fine, use one - and please feed back on your experience!

Personally I have had a good result both with (on a previously rejected claim) and without using them so I am better placed to comment rather than the frustrating people that jump on the "Burn the CMCs!" bandwagon.

Just to keep everyong happy though.....
