    If you are asked you must answer honestly, else you commit fraud. If you were asked and lied, yes you would cause a problem, if they didn't ask and you didn't answer, you have done nothing wrong. Don't worry if they didn't ask, worrying needlessly x

    Hi.......just goes to show, folk should really ask these questions on the correct, relevant forum, where the most knowledgeable[and expert] folk reside.

    OP seems to have been a victim of the dreaded 'urban myth'......probably 'advised' by someone who thinks bankruptcy is the eighth deadly sin?
    No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......
