I dream of a mortgage free existence

OK so it's been a while since I updated but I have been plodding along slowly but surely! We have a £150 standing order that goes out each month and it's worked into our monthly budget so it's not extra effort for us and will make a huge difference.
My main goal is to pay my mum back as soon as I can and then really focus on getting the mortgage down. I am trying to pay her back but unfortunately my hours are less at work as we have now gone into administration. Fingers crossed we get a buyer and can carry on.
I have joined up to the 20 survey panels that I found on here and even though it's not quick money I am still making some good progress with them and hopefully Christmas could be a free one!
Now I just need to organise all my ebay treasures and get them listed to clear up some space and also make my fortune :rotfl:LBM 14/12/06 £21,947.17 DEBT FREE 12/04/09

Just taking a break from sorting through my ebay treasures to write on here to keep me motivated! I have done my surveys for the day
and I must stay on top of these so they don't mount up and I get disheartened.
Have been looking for other jobs as the company I work for is on shaky ground, but so far I have had 1 rejection and nothing for the rest so I am not getting my hopes up as I know there are so many people applying for 1 job and companies don't have time to get to everybody.
Just need to stay positive and focus on the end goal and hopefully that should keep me on the straight and narrow and a good MFWer!LBM 14/12/06 £21,947.17 DEBT FREE 12/04/09

Well I decided to have a play with a spreadsheet and I do wish I'd not bothered now as seeing how much interest we will pay back is very depressing
I must use this information to spur me on with the overpayments, as over £35000 in interest doesn't bare thinking about! Plus, I would really like to move house as I am not happy with the area and the neighbours so the more money we have in our current house the larger the deposit we will have.
On the plus side the company I work for has been bought so we are safe, for the moment. I have been looking around for a new job though as hours are still tight and next week I only have 3 days
Anyway, must go back to my ebay listing as I need to leave for work in half an hour and I am having a MFW SundayLBM 14/12/06 £21,947.17 DEBT FREE 12/04/09
