KFC email address anyone??

To be honest i wouldnt even bother with kfc, ive had bad service in all 3 but ive not bothered complaiing as i dont see the point, id rather complain about service at other retailers who are worthwhile or would be grateful for the complaint

visited this theme park today and saw that service and food was disgusting. chicken was dry and taste less service was terrible and no sides to speak of like chicken gravey not sold here. they dont do that there? . asked for coleslaw got beans instead. tried to make a complaint to kfc direct but no e mail address as seen above, unless people have to pay to complain these days on 0845 numbers not only was the meal more expensive than normal resturants they also didnt do the same deals . so to kfc if u listen to your customers why open a resturant in a theme park with rubbish food and dont provide the same service. as more people see a theme park per day than a town shop prob about 400x more." perhaps get gordon ramsey in for a food quality inspection" . but im only annoyed about no e mail.I run my own company and there is a rule with companys that should have complaints procedures in place cant belive a complany of kfc's size cant get a e mail sorted out to make there service better. poor old cornal sanders will cluck in his grave.

As KFC restaurants are frabchises I uggest you complain to Thorpe Park rather than KFC
