I am single person with one dependent. Are these new housing schemes eg - Kick start (70 -30 equity loans a good thing?
Any information/ advice - would be greatly appreciated.
I am looking at a 25 year mortgage term with 30% Equity loan that has a five interest free period. then on 6 year interest of 1.75%
