Dro then moving house
hi there,my girlfriend has applied for a dro .she currently rents a house.I'm currently buying a property and have suggested she moves in with me later on.if she moves in with me will this effect her dor even though she said she will contribute her share to the mortgage and bills

hmm, bit of a strange one... the official questions for beneficial interest in a property are if any deposit has been paid by the client (i presume no), if any major repairs or improvements on the property have been paid for by the client (again i presume no) but then if payments have been made toward the mortgage.
It might be best that your partner speaks to their intermediary, who may need to enquire with the insolvency service as to their standpoint on your potential situation - there may be no issue at all0
