You should get the tax through the post.

First standard service should take no more than 1/2 day. Any decent dealer will arrange to collect your car from home or provide you with courtesy car. You do not say what disability and a manual may not suit you. Ask your dealer.

I assume the op doesnt live in n.ireland as here you have to bring the forms yourself to a main post office to tax a motability car.
  • thank you for ur replys i live in southampton and the tax came in post this morning i guess i was worrying for nothing lol
  • Yes tax comes in the post. When our motability car went in for its first service I asked for an automatic, unfortunately the dealer does not have any automatic courtesy cars! It's a good thing I can drive a manual

You should be able to tax it online.
I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.

Motability tax the car, it goes to them and then they send it to the lessor.

The showroom/ garage where you obtained your car , would always help you .
Fords normally have a dedicated member of staff who deals with mobility 'sales'
They are not always available every day of the week but when there , should be your first help.
