I was just wondering if any British/Scottish gas customers on here has had the Warm home discount money yet. xxx

They will be paid between Jan and March.
If you are not automatically eligible, and haven't applied, you have missed the boat.

Yes, some have, but it's not all done simultaneously-if you don't receive it by end March, then contact BG.

Payments have been going onto customers accounts for the last 3 weeks and will continue till the end of March so it's just a case of being patient.

My neighbour is with EON or EDF not sure which but she got hers back in December and we are with British Gas (Electric) but still havent got it every time I top the meter up I hope.... I phoned them a couple of weeks ago they said pensioners first disabled and low income after that anytime up to the 31st March seems to me BG are just holding on the to the money as long as they possbly can, Mind you will be appying for next years on April 1st.

Helen42. f you are on a prepayment meter you will recieve a letter when the money is at the Paypoint. After that just stick to the same place for your next few top ups and it will go onto the meter. The last batch of letters. You will recieve this before the end of March.

Also anyone who has qualified for year 1 will either be written to or called later in the year to assess them for year 2.
