HSBC PPI Claim

Hi guys

I apologise if there is already a thread but there are so many I don't know where to start! :eek:

I sent off a PPI claim to HSBC on 6th January. I included the ombudsman questionnaire, copies of policy documents etc.

I received the standard 'we have received your complaint' letter then 4 weeks later another 'we are still looking into your complaint' letter.

Is it worth me chasing or just sit tight and wait? What's this £10 SAR I've spotted somewhere?

All you have to do is wait,they have 8 weeks to give you a final response.

The SAR is where you ask the bank for all info they hold on you,this should show any loans/Credit Cards,if you need to know if you paid ppi and anything else you want to query.
