Skipton ISAs

I have a Skipton easy access ISA that offers a poor 1.5%.
When I opened it in 2010 the rate was 2%.

Now I see the offer an online one at about 3 3.2%. Does anyone know if I can simply ask them to swap my old ISA into the online one?

My current one pays interest yearly.

Well if they don't then move it somewhere else.
Its not difficult to find better than 1.5% !

No harm in asking. Some isa wont allow new transfer fortunately many will. Easy to transfer via the new bank doing the work if there are better deals. The best seems to be at mo fixed over 2-5 years.

Transfers in from other cash ISAs are allowed.

there reguarly do not

"ISA transfers from other providers are not allowed."

but not sure if its okay with existing customers or just other banks. Definitely worth moving
