    Thanks for the advice amersall. I have re-read the letter several times and they have stated that they have exhausted this complaint and this the final response on the matter. If I'm not happy then they suggest I I refer to the FOS. Are they just fobbing me off here? Should I just complain to the FOS as they have advised?

  • Amersall - I have contacted the FOS to ask what my next step should be, they said my letter was a final response and they probably won't move on that! My complaint is now with the FOS - hope it doesn't take forever like some folks I've been reading on here! :(
