Write to them both recorded delivery today asking for a full refund as they have not provided the service they promised. Tell them you will report them to the FSA and OFT if you do not have your refund. That will cost them more than the cost of the refund."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0

Never give your bank details to these sort of bottom feeder brokers. They will take money from you to do what you could do yourself through a google search. You should be able to get it back, less £5, but you will have to be persistent and follow their terms and conditions. It would be much better for you not to get involved with these companies, who are only out to make money from the poor and vulnerable. Pop over to the debtfreewannabe forum for help with managing your finances.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

They can only retain £5 if you cancel after 14 days has elapsed.
If you cancel within the 14 days, you can get a full refund.
Not suggesitng for a minute it will be a simple task but the sooner you do things correctly the sooner you will find some success (phoning, emailing etc is not correctly).0 -

When you say they have not provided the service, what do you mean?
What exactly do these scumbags have to do?
As I see it, you contact them, they charge you a brokerage fee to search for a loan, but their T&Cs state that they do not guarantee that you will actually get a loan.0 -

You use exactly what they promised you on the phone.
When I got back the money they scammed out of my 21 year old soldier son late last year, the term I used was "misleading and untrue statements", as they had told him the bank card details were needed only for verification purposes."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry.
