cashfinders and morefinancial
Please advise me re. above lending companies. I accessed both to apply for a loan and both have charged me set up fees which they debited from my account without my consent! obviously it was unwise of me to give bank details but im moving home and was eager to get financial help. Instead I am £138 down:mad:

What is said in their T&Cs? You will probably find that they take a fee to search for a loan for you.0

Was it in the T&C's that a fee would be involved.0

More along the lines of 'T&Cs?'0

Well after a quick check of more financial, it clearly states in their terms and conditions that they are a broker who do not provide or guarantee loans. Admin fee of almost £70 quid payable.
OP, what you have done is contact two companies who offer to search for a loan for you. For this privilege, they have charged you their brokerage fee for doing so.0 -
Thanks for all replies-silly girl! however I still wish to contact companies but unable to do so?? Also should I change my bank details?0

Do you have more money to give them?0 -

In all honesty you really need to rethink this. My guess is if you need to contact these companies in the first place you are already setting yourself up for major financial problems.0
