My partner bought some stuff from here a few months ago and we are still yet to recieve it and there is no email address for me to contact them and i have tried ringing the number only to b told it cost a pound a minute and i was 24th in the queue!!!
Any ideas on wjat i should do to either get a refund or recieve my items??

As well as the above suggestion, there is also a postal address on their contact us webpage that you could use to write a real letter.

I had to really hunt to find a SportsDirect number. The one I'm currently using (on hold!) is 0845 1299230 (my landline provider provides free 0845 calls).0
