Perhaps, McKneff, you ought to delete that or you might be charged with murder as opposed to manslaughter ;)

Urban Decay UK won't deal with you if you purchased from store. I'd bought some of their eyeliners when Boots still sold it. 2 eyeliners, £12 each and both broke constantly when sharpening so I only ever got to use half of each. I even refrigerated them before sharpening but it made little difference.
I did email UDUK to complain but was given a swift brush off as 'contact the store you bought them from'. I did contact boots who credited me with the points but I found UD's attitude to the whole thing somewhat lacking.

Urban Decay does do really well on eBay though, some eye palette sets are quite hard to find and often they can sell for more than you paid for them in the first place. Have a look on eBay, see if it is one of the harder to find sets and you may make a few quid to boot.
  • Totally agree McKneff.....couldn't have put it better myself.

And some women wonder why men don't bother with presents

What I dont understand is that any man would go into a store and buy something and actually ask what the returns policy is.

I mean a man just wouldnt normally think about it let alone do it, I would think not many women would ask either so it seems a bit
    strange.
make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.
