They don't - the banks report to the CRA's monthly not vice versa.
Any lender can see your credit file when you apply for a financial product with them for that point in time, it is not an ongoing agreement.0 -
I applied for and got an AA credit (cashback) card in December 2011 although I finished work in July 2010 and have no income.
