I went along myself but there is no interview just an online AA assessment test.
At the end of test you would have either scored a 'low' 'medium' or 'high' score.

You are then sent home to complete an online application form of which there are 18 separate questions to answer.

Unfortunately, the form does not respond in a timely manner and constantly times out with error reports.

I could not re-log in either so I gave up!
The application form web page does not appear to have been constructed all that well as it does not function properly in either Explorer or Chrome browsers not good for a company who rack up billions of ££ of profit, you'd think they could afford a descent web programmer wouldn't you?

PS. also you cannot save your answers has you progress through the application. I got to the end of page 18 with just one question left to answer and when I hit submit, the page timed out again!
