Work Programme - experiences of Avanta and Ingeus?

I have been told that the two work programme providers in my area are Avanta and Ingeus. One is better than the other apparently but I wasn't told which is better.

I am starting the Work Programme in March so am a bit worried about what to expect.

Does anyone have any experience of either of these providers?

Can you tell me what the rules are and what they expect from you?

Do they send you on work experience for months etc?

Any help about these would be appreciated thanks.

There are alot of Threads on here about the WP if you search. No there is no mandatory Work experience.

Yeah thanks I was just wondering if there were any people who could give me some info about these two providers in particular.

I know some send people on work experience for months and some do not. Was just wondering if either of these do.
