Why would this bother you in the slightest? I'm at a loss as to how a complete stranger deals with a personal financial issue would affect your life? There are more ways to skin a cat so to speak and as long as you are open and honest in what you do, what on earth is the problem. Bankruptcy isn't a crime and people are obviously affected in different ways, but just as some need a cyber arm around them, others will get back on their bikes and make things happen just as before. The post above hits the nail on the head re tax avoidance and tax evasion. Rules are rules and if you dont like them challenge the people that make them, not the people who follow them.

Bankruptcy is not just a personal financial issue though is it? People that go bankrupt affecty us all, as the more bad debt write-offs business's (Including Banks, credit card companies as well as local traders, mobile phone companies, utility companies etc) have, then the more the charge other consumers to compensate.

My response was i felt the post was highly negative and quite provactive, wanting to cause trouble, or name and shame at BR's or future one's the poster they are referring to has actually demonstrated quite a lot of info and been told whats what, ie if she is out of order she has been told etc.
There will always be someone that will try it on, some will get away with it some wont, that is called "life" .

They very fact that most on here are BR i think shows we were not savvy enough to beat the system, hense why we went down the route in the first place.

Maybe the poster would be better placed to offer advise opposed to try and create upset.
