Vanquis RPP

Apologies if I have missed it anywhere else but does anyone know if I can claim against the Vanquis RPP. When I first took out a Vanquis Card I was unemployed with two small pensions and was upfront with them regarding income.I got the impression that if I didn't take out the RPP I wouldn't get the card so naively fell into the trap. I tried to make a claim 18 months ago and was knocked back. I then tried to cancel the RPP and got some wideboy on the phone telling me I could have it for 1p a month for 3 months after which it will be reviewed. Again I fell for the spiel.I completely forgot about it so automatically after 3 months it started again. As the figure is percentage calculated and not a fixed rate you can imagine how it eats into a monthly payment and over 3 years must run into hundreds Would welcome any feedback particularly where I would address a claim amongst their many PO Box nos.
