Compensation for being dismissed on ill health
I am very confused about what I need to do. My husband and I are currently 28 months into an IVA. I am to be dismissed from my Job in DWP on the grounds of ill health, I will not qualify for a pension but will receive 13 weeks pilon and a compensation payment from them due to being dismissed. And this is what is has been called. I understand that i need to inform my ip of the changes, but will they be able to take all the money from me. I've had several sleepless night re this, i don't know how much the figure will be but approx. 11k.
