So all day tuesday 14th february i wasn't able to login to my cahoot account i kept getting error and thats it.
So i thought i would give them a call to see if there was a problem he checked and said "you"!!! requested to close the account, I never did request and they couldn't find any requests or notes to say why it was closed.
So now im waiting on a company paying me money who only issues payments every 45 days!!, I am wondering what will happen with the payment, is there anything i can do complain to regarding this situation with cahoot.
The account wasn't inactive i just withdrawed money from it on monday. its a savings account. had it for over 2 years.

Its worth writing a letter of complaint to them in order to have the matter fully investigated as it may have been due to human error that the account was closed.
