Spirotrap Dirt in NEW Central Heating

just had radiators fitted.
fitter said after few days open the spirotap to release any dirt in system.
Ive just done it and collected the liquid (around 400ml).
Its brown, looks like someones spat in it and contains few pieces of wire(?)

should i be concerned?
Its was meant to be flushed and an inhibitor added but his doesn't give me any confidence.
Is it normal for this to happen.
If the system is full of Sh*t what can i do?
How often would i have to do this?

is it a full new system and did you witness them flusihng it after install? You could get an analysis kit and test the water sample.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

what would i test for and where do i purchase and water testing kit?

Doesn't that indicate that the Spirotap is doing it's job? What happened once you cleaned it and reinstalled-does it recur or become cleaner?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
