Cost of general maintenance?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a rough idea how much the following things would cost - due to the severe weather last year and general wear and tear, my house needs a few jobs doing!
1. Re-rendering outside wall roughly 6ft x 7ft
2. Re-plastering stair wall roughly 8ft x 12ft
3. Guttering roughly 5m
4. Re-tiling bathroom roughly 4ft x 6ft
As an idea am I best off finding a handyman who can do all these jobs for the best price? To be perfectly honest I am new and slightly ignorant to the cost of building work etc so any help is greatly appreciated!
I am in the Manchester area.

Dont do anything roughly ! Know a builder in Stockport if you want his number.
Depending on the finishing of the tiling a genral recommended handyman/builder could sort these out:cool: hard as nails on the internet . wimp in the real world :cool:0 -
They are different jobs, plastering and tiling are specialist trades, so you won't necessarily find someone to do the lot, Similarly roofing.
A jobbing builder might well 'have a go' at all of them, but you won't get such a good result-especially with the tiling. No free lunch, and no free laptop
