Capital One PPI Insurance claim

Hi
Been meaning to do this for ages but finally decided to do something about it
Took out a Cap 1 credit card a while ago and the woman on the phone did the normal blurb and like so many others ended up with PPI
I have emailed them on the secure messaging option telling them I want the insurance stopped
I know it has been missold as I have had ongoing mental health issues for over a decade so it wouldn't cover me for going on the sick for these reasons
No questions were asked by the woman who set up the card regarding health issues
How hard do Capital One make it to reclaim?
