Dry Rot Treatments

Hi All
Beginning to sort out a repossessed property we have bought. One of the issues is that the pipes had frozen in the bathroom flooring (above the kitchen) during the winter of 2010/11 and burst.
This lead to a bunch of water being dumped over the kitchen area when they unfroze etc. We bought the place 2 months ago. All here is now dry, but the ceiling has partly come down. I have pulled the rest of it down as the whole room will need re-doing in this respect.
The issue is that there is a section of the floor rafters, about 2m by 1.5 m that have signs of the beginning of Dry Rot.
The fluffy stage. Will be checking the rest of the timber in the house, but for now I want to get all the timbers and masonry in this section treated.
The timbers are not to the stage that they need replacing, but they do need treating. For my own sake of mind I am going to treat the whole damn lot, and probably in all the adjoining rooms etc etc.
But, what to spray the beams with?
B&Q do a "Cuprinol 5 Star Complete Wood Treatment"
But I have read that there may be some Borax treatment as well.
What is the best thing to use?
Cheers for any info

Best thing to use is lots of circulating fresh air to dry everything out. Yu will see the dry rot recede as it dries. If timber is in a situation where it will remain damp the dry rot will return regardless of how you treat it.0

Cheers Davey,
The area is now dry, has been for a month now. It is only when I pulled the rest of the ceiling down in this room that the extent of the white fluffyness is apparent.
No moisture for the rot to feed on now, but want to treat the timbers all over anyway.
What do I spray the timbers with to kill the stuff that is there presently?0 -
So, the "Cuprinol 5 Star Complete Wood Treatment" is the stuff to go for then?
Does the same thing as others that may be available (that I cant find any info for) ?
Will get some tomorrow and start the spraying
