I think I'm correct in thinking that if you passed your driving test before Feb 1st 2001 you don't need a CBT to ride a moped so anyone passing before then can still enter without a CBT

If you have a car driving licence
If you passed your car driving test on or after 1 February 2001, you must complete a CBT course to confirm your full moped rights.
