    I think I'm correct in thinking that if you passed your driving test before Feb 1st 2001 you don't need a CBT to ride a moped so anyone passing before then can still enter without a CBT :)

    If you have a car driving licence

    If you passed your car driving test on or after 1 February 2001, you must complete a CBT course to confirm your full moped rights.
    If you passed your car driving test before 1 February 2001 you don't need to complete a CBT course to ride a moped. However, the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) recommends that you do.

    This isn't a moped (49cc or less), its a 125cc scooter, so does need the correct licence.

    It mentioned that you have to have a CBT or full bike licence. If you dont you cannot take it even if you win becos it need prove.

    But Why not sell it if possible??:o

    CBT is usually 1 day but can take longer depending on your ability. Costs around £100.
