jeez how diificult can it be. It's time to refresh my avatar and signature, but i cant find how to do it. Or how to find my threads and posts without the tradional use of memory!?!

For techies, it probably doesn't even qualify as a valid question, but will you help me anyway?

I would think that clicking the "User CP" in the menu bar (above, just below your thread title) would get you there. That's the link to your User Control Panel. When you get there you'll see a list of links in the left column.
