Aldi seed potatoes

I notice Aldi are doing seed potatoes from Thursday at £1.79.

Does anyone know which varieties they include and what weights the bags usually are? The website is very vague.

Thanks

Not sure but have a look in the poundshop if you want smallish quantities - 8 potatoes for £1 mainly and in Wilkos as well.

The picture on the website shows what look like quite big bags but no size given-varieties given as pentland javelin and maris piper so first early and maincrop.

The penties did ok in buckets last year for us so may try some, buit already have some charlotte chitting away.

My hubby picked up a bag today when we were doing our weekly shop. They are Pentland Javelin, can't see a weight on the bag, but would say there are approx 30 - 40 seed potatoes.
We also got a packet of 6 different veg seeds in one packet for 79p, purple sprouting broccoli, cabbage, beetroot, courgette, nantes carrot, onion
