Why did I change suppliers problems now
I have just spent one hour on the telephone between:
Scottish Power (old supplier)
NPower (new)
Nat Grid (MPRN)
SP say I am still with them. They have not had final meter reading.
NP say I am still with them. We checked the serial number of the meter. And they checked the national grid database they use to see who is supplying the property.
Nat Grid say I am with Scot Power.
So how can the NP data base say other?
Please help me, they are sending me from pillar to post, ad having me ring 0870 , 0845 numbers.

npower are the worst, see you soon on the vents board.Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)

I went to the complaints dept of Npower who contacted an internal SP dept, who took the final meter reading and within a day have issued me with the final bill.
Npower new accounts are looking into why the database is not updated.

Molly can I say I hope you sort this out, but instead of using premium rate phone numbers to call them, try this link instead, very often they give you an 0800 number to use instead.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
